Did I fall for marketing genius? The pepperoni are different sizes so they must taste different, right...and actually, they do taste different. Or so I tell myself. The crispy mini peps are spicy. Maybe it was the jacuzzi of oil they contained but they were hot spicy. The kind of spicy that keeps on going. The classic peps were mild and non-threatening. And lastly, the Mega peps had a surprisingly savory, smoky taste - I liked them the best.

Altogether, it kinda felt like I was eating the Jabba the Hutt of pepperoni pizza. It was just a massive blob of pepperoni, cheese, and sauce. And I was completely fine with that. This would satisfy any pepperoni pizza craving. The different peps created different bites, some a little more spicy from the crispy minis and others more savory from the megas. That worked to keep it interesting.

Though, the first slice I tried was super saucy and it overtook the pepperoni and cheese. And the sauce had clearly seen better days. Have you ever noticed that sometimes when you have pizza the sauce can taste slightly pungent. While other times, the sauce is glorious salty, umami perfection. Nevertheless, later less saucy slices were balanced out by the pepperoni and cheese and tasted fine.
Glad I tried it: Yep
Would I buy it again: Once was enough (I generally only get Round Table for an intriguing Limited Time Offer or the King Arthur’s Supreme - no onions)
